1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Diplomatic Initiative Design Studio platform operated by Embassy Row Project at embassyrowproject.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Embassy Row Project. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
The Diplomatic Initiative Design Studio provides specialized services for diplomatic program design, including but not limited to program scoping, partner vetting, risk modeling, governance frameworks, communications strategy, measurement and evaluation, orchestration, advanced implementation, and cross-border compliance. Our Platform offers 100 specialized services organized across 10 service categories, accessible through workflow-based processing that delivers scenario-expanded, evidence-anchored outputs.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unauthorized purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or application
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Use the Platform to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond what is permitted
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Embassy Row Project and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- The Platform's design, layout, and user interface
- Service descriptions, methodologies, and frameworks
- Proprietary algorithms and processing systems
- Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including initiative descriptions, documents, and application materials. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
6. Grant Applications
Submission of a grant application through the Platform does not guarantee approval or provision of services. All applications are subject to review and evaluation by our team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Information provided in grant applications will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of evaluating and processing your application.
7. Workflow Outputs and Deliverables
Outputs generated through our workflow processing system are provided for informational and planning purposes. While we strive for accuracy and completeness in all deliverables, outputs should be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before being used as the basis for policy decisions, diplomatic actions, or resource allocation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any workflow output for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Embassy Row Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on any content or services provided through the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for access to the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Embassy Row Project, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
